The Coin With A Cause

A MEME
ON A MISSION

36 trillion tokens — one for every dollar of the U.S. national debt. Every single sell burns 1% of the supply forever, and every trade sends 2% in ETH to the Treasury donation wallet. Supply only moves one way: down.

The Mission

One token for every dollar we owe.

The United States carries roughly $36 trillion in national debt. So we minted 36 trillion $PTDC — one token per dollar — and wired the paydown directly into the token itself.

Meme coins have reached market caps in the hundreds of millions and beyond on nothing but momentum. $PTDC asks a simple question: if that energy exists anyway, why shouldn't a slice of it go somewhere that matters? Every buy and every sell routes 2% in ETH to the Treasury donation wallet — a public address anyone can watch fill up in real time.

We are not claiming $PTDC will erase the national debt. We're claiming something smaller and truer: a meme coin can have a purpose, and this one is verifiable on-chain by anyone who cares to look.

Tokenomics

Deflationary. Permanently.

Every sell burns 1% of $PTDC out of existence. Not locked, not vested, not held in a wallet somewhere — destroyed, unrecoverable, by anyone, including us. There is no mint function, so supply can never be replaced. Every trade that ever happens makes the remaining tokens scarcer.

Should the Treasury share be higher than 2%?

It's a fair question for a project whose whole purpose is the donation wallet — and it isn't ours to answer alone. The tax is symmetric on purpose: 2% whether you're buying or selling, because supporting the mission shouldn't cost more than leaving it.

If it goes up, the holders decide. We'll put it to the community rather than raise it unilaterally, and any change gets announced with the transaction hash that made it. The contract caps every fee at 15%, and that cap cannot be bypassed by anyone — us included.

On that last row: the original presale was cancelled, so 10.8 trillion tokens were never sold and were never promised to anyone. That block is uncommitted — destined for liquidity, exchange listings, community airdrops, or a headline burn. We'll say which, publicly, before it moves.

Deflation

Three ways supply leaves, and never comes back.

01

The 1% sell burn

Automatic, on every sell. It needs no announcement and no action from us — it simply happens, and the people leaving are the ones paying for it.

02

Burn events

We send tokens from project wallets to the dead address and publish the transaction hash. You never take our word for it — you check the hash.

03

Buyback & burn

The contract can spend its own ETH buying $PTDC on the open market and send every token straight to the dead address. Buy pressure and supply removal in a single transaction.

An honest technical note. Tokens sent to the dead address are permanently unrecoverable — but totalSupply() will still read 36 trillion, because the contract has no function that decrements it. So we say removed from circulation, never reduced supply. Trackers report burned balances separately, and we'd rather you hear the distinction from us than discover it yourself.

Roadmap

Where this goes.

  1. Phase 1

    Rebuild & community

New contract review published, new site, socials resurrected, the Army reassembled.

  2. Phase 2

    Marketing offensive

Influencer partnerships and paid campaigns, funded by the marketing allocation — not by a fee skimmed off your trades.

  3. Phase 3

    Liquidity & launch

Deep liquidity on decentralised exchanges, then the push toward centralised listings.

  4. Phase 4

    Wallet split & proof

Founder, marketing, liquidity and reserve allocations moved into separate publicly-labelled wallets, so the distribution above is visible on-chain instead of stated on paper.

  5. Phase 5

    Hand over the donation wallet

Transfer custody of the Treasury donation wallet to a party positioned to deliver it into the U.S. Treasury or the Digital Asset Stockpile. The project does not intend to retain ownership of it.

Transparency

Don't trust us. Check.

This site makes four claims about money. Every one of them is verifiable by a stranger with a browser and no permission from us. That's the whole point.

Burns come with hashes

Every burn event is published with its transaction hash. A hash either exists on-chain or it doesn't.

Holders are public

The full holder list is on Etherscan, including ours. We'd rather you audit the concentration than be surprised by it.

On security audits — we're going to be blunt

$PTDC has not undergone a formal third-party security audit. We are not going to display a badge implying otherwise, and we'd encourage you to be suspicious of any meme coin that does without linking the actual report.

What we have instead is a full written review of the contract — what it does, what powers the owner retains, and what could go wrong — published in plain language rather than summarised into a logo. Read it before you buy anything.

How to buy

Four steps.

  1. Get a wallet

MetaMask, Rainbow, Coinbase Wallet — any Ethereum wallet works. Write your seed phrase down on paper and never type it into a website. Nobody from $PTDC will ever ask for it.

  2. Fund it with ETH

Buy ETH on any exchange and send it to your wallet. Leave a little extra for gas.

  3. Open a DEX

Uniswap or your preferred Ethereum DEX. Paste the contract address below — don't search by name, since anyone can name a token "$PTDC".

  4. Set slippage and swap

A 0% slippage setting will cause your transaction to fail. Buys are taxed 3% and sells 4%, so set slippage a little above that — most people use 5% — and confirm.
